School Project – Mata Anandmayi Tripura Vidyapeeth, Omkareshwar, Madhya Pradesh, India
Mata Anandmayi Tripura Vidyapeeth School in Omkareshwar is for local village children of poor economic background. Diya – light of Hope e.V. is helping the school management in providing the books and study materials to the children, so that the children can get basic education and advancement in their future life. The parents don’t need to pay school fee or for any school materials. This project will help that more children in the village of Omkareshwar get the right of education.

Collaborative Project with Slum Swaraj Foundation, New Delhi, India
Diya – Light of Hope e.V. together with an NGO Slum Swaraj Foundation (New Delhi, India), is starting an Education Project for children living in slums across different parts of India. Slum Swaraj Foundation organizes regularly camps for destitute children living on the street and/or slums. Slum Swaraj Foundation aims to educate children and make them self-dependent so that they can become dignified members of the society in future.
Their events and activities aim to educate and empower the children, give them a light to hope. Through financial and/or material donations we support a couple of Education Projects run by this NGO. We provide them, for example, books, school materials, school bags and uniforms.
Slum Swaraj Foundation is helping to give many children, especially, young girls their own strengths and the knowledge to empower themselves. They are making sure that the children get their basic needs and especially support them with school materials.
